Dhallywood Superstar Shakib Khan to act in a police action movie. Directed by Badiul Alam Khokon, the shooting of this film will start in January next year. The actor is also producing this big budget film.
Director Khokon said, 'Many of my films with Shakib have been superhits. I have always enjoyed working with him. Shakib respects me very much. Shakib's production films are always on a big budget. I can say that the new film will be a big event.
Regarding the story of the film, he said, 'The film will be about the bravery of the police. We have taken the rights of an Indian film for the remake. However, basic stories are also being written. In the end it will be decided which script we can start shooting. I may be able to make an official announcement soon.
In 2013, Shakib Khan and Mahiya Mahi paired up for the first time in the movie titled 'Bhalobasa Aajkal' directed by PA Kajal. That movie was a super duper hit. The duo was later seen in the movie titled 'Nawab LLB', the viewers has liked it a lot. Rumour has it that actress Mahi is going to be the lead heroine opposite Shakib in this movie.
Mahiya Mahi is the director's primary choice as the heroine in the film. However, unlike Shakib, the heroine may also change. In that case, the new heroine will be predominant. Regarding Mahi's performance opposite Shakib, Khokon said, 'Mahi is on the list of favorites. However, if the script is final, it can be said what the pair of this film is going to be.
On the work front Shakib Khan is busy shooting for film 'Golui' and on the other hand, Mahiya Mahi has just finished shooting 'Jao Pakhi Balo Tare'.
