North District Awami League President and Chittagong Zila Parishad Chairman MA Salam tested positive of coronavirus.
He was admitted to Chittagong Medical College (CMC) Hospital last Thursday with symptoms of corona virus.
MA Salam is currently undergoing treatment at Corona Ward of the hospital. Doctors said he was in good health. Dr Aftabul Islam, assistant director of Chittagong Medical College (CMC) Hospital said he had given samples for testing before being admitted to the hospital.
