A youth was hacked to death by miscreants at Shankarpur Hazari Synnasi Dighirpar area in Jashore town on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Ferdaus Hossain, 20, son of Azad Hossain of Bejpara Sadek darogar mor area in Jashore town. Police and victim’s family members sources said that victim Ferdaus seriously injured with sharp knife by miscreants over love affairs with a girl on Thursday noon in the area.
Locals rescued him and admitted in Jashore 250-bed general hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. On information police recovered the body and sent it to Jashore 250-bed Hospital Morgue for post-mortem. Jashore Kotwali Model thana Officer-in-charge (OC) Apurbo Hasan said that a case was filed in this connection.
