World Wildlife Day observed in Cox’s Bazar

The World Wildlife Day was celebrated today in Cox's Bazar with the slogan 'Wildlife will be saved with everyone's participation'. Cox's Bazar North Forest Department organized a special discussion meeting to celebrate the day in collaboration with Sufal Project, Nature and Life Foundation of the Forest Department.

In the conference room of Cox's Bazar North Forest Division, Divisional Forest Officer of Cox's Bazar North Forest Division Anwar Hossain Sarkar was the chief guest in the discussion meeting held this morning in the conference room of Cox's Bazar North Forest Division. Forest officer Mohammad Sarwar Alam. In the beginning, he gave the welcome speech, The special guest was the Deputy Project Director of Necom Eco Life Project. Speakers in the meeting called upon all to be aware and play an important role in protecting endangered wildlife. He also requested to come forward to build a fair and beautiful society with the restoration of the environment. In the speech of the Chief Guest, Sarwar Alam, Divisional Forest Officer of Cox's Bazar South Forest Division, said that the main theme of the World Wildlife Day is to make everyone aware and play an important role in the protection of wild animals. The forest department has been conducting maximum activities for the protection of wildlife. Various programs are being implemented through public awareness meetings to make people aware of the protection of wild elephants and wildlife. Every person has to play a role in protecting endangered animals.

Anwar Hossain Sarkar, Divisional Forest Officer of Cox's Bazar North Forest Division, said in the presidential speech, "The Forest Department is vigilant and vigilant in protecting wildlife.

Already, endangered animals have been rescued and released in the protected forest area by the efforts of various ranges under Cox's Bazar North Forest Division. Different directions have been given to each range officer to protect endangered animals. In the last year, 1263 public awareness meetings have been completed. We will be able to reach our desired goals and objectives if we get the cooperation of all administratively and police in wildlife protection. 

We all have to play a role from our respective positions to protect endangered animals with the joint efforts of all. Voluntary participation of all will play a leading role in wildlife conservation. He also urged the government to cooperate with the forest department in protecting forest resources.
