The Handicapped Service and Aid Center under the National Handicapped Foundation of the Ministry of Social Welfare has distributed free wheelchairs to 30 disabled people on Sep 29.
Chittagong Divisional Commissioner Md. Ashraf Uddin distributed this wheel chair in front of the Chandpur District Commissioner's office at 10 am.
Chandpur Deputy Commissioner Md. Kamrul Hasan, Additional District Commissioner Md. Imtiaz Hossain, Additional District Commissioner (Revenue) Moshammat Rasheda Akhtar, Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Additional District Commissioner (Education and ICT) Bashir Ahmed, Chandpur District Disability were present.
