Well Group of Industries Ltd. has provided 4 oxygen cylinders and supplements for the corona patients after the volunteers took charge of the cost of personal protective equipment.
Abdus Salam, Founder Chairman of Well Group and Treasurer of City AL unit handed over the cylinders to the Gauchiya Committee of Bangladesh Volunteer Team on Friday.
Gauchiya Committee said that oxygen would be provided as per the demand of the patients in the car and at home when the critically ill patients with corona were sent to the emergency hospital.
Chairman of Well Group Abdus Salam said the Gauchia Committee of Bangladesh volunteer team is carrying out humanitarian duties and responsibilities on behalf of the affected family in transporting the patients to the hospital bathing, arranging burial of the deceased.
“They are practicing the true religion by devoting themselves to the welfare of all the affected people irrespective of religions, castes and tribes from above communalism. We should stand by those who are dedicated to humanitarian work with the necessary support to increase their capacity”, he added.
He further said that, Well Group has always contributed to the welfare of the state, religion, society and the people and will continue to take part in all charitable activities in the future.
