The weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country having chances of light rain at one or two places over the districts of Rangamati, Khagrachari, Moulvibazar and Sylhet.
The cyclonic storm "Hamoon" over Northeast Bay and adjoining area moved Northeastwards and completed crossing the coast at 1am today, weakened into a land deep depression near Satkania, Chattogram. It is likely to move further inland and weaken gradually and become unimportant, said a Met office weather bulletin issued on Wednesday.
