Coronavirus pandemic have increased dependency on smartphones for communication. But customers’ purchasing capacity has decreased significantly due to economic recession. VIVO, a China based multinational company is working on their smartphone by keeping eyes on these two issues- demand and decreases of buying capability.
VIVO Y30 has been available in Bangladeshi market since July 9. Although VIVO Y30 has also a battery of 5000mAh like VIVO Y50, the price of first one is lower. The VIVO Y30 price in Bangladesh has set as Tk 17,990 and it is available in two colors; Emerald black and moonstone white option.
The RAM and ROM of this new smartphone is 4GB and 64GB respectively. There are a front camera and four rear cameras in VIVO Y30. The only front camera is 8MP and four rear cameras are 13, 8, 2, and 2MP respectively.
VIVO Y30 features a display of 6.47-inches and resolution of 1560x720 (HD+) and it runs android based Funtouch 10 operating system with Type C USB port.
Duke, managing director of VIVO, said, “In the current situation of coronavirus, the purchasing capability of customers are decreasing. So, VIVO is now emphasizing on manufacturing mid-range budget phone. With a gigantic battery power, VIVO Y30 is a phone like this.”
