Visa, the global leader in digital payments, has reported a 14% year-over-year increase in net revenue for the fiscal third quarter of 2025, reaching $10.2 billion.

This robust growth was fueled by a steady rise in payments volume, cross-border activity, and processed transactions, highlighting the continued resilience of consumer spending and Visa’s position at the heart of global commerce.

For the three months ended June 30, 2025, Visa’s payments volume grew 8% on a constant-dollar basis, both for the quarter itself and for the prior three-month period ending March 31, 2025, on which the quarter’s service revenue was based.

Total processed transactions surged to 65.4 billion, marking a 10% increase over the same period last year.

Commenting on the results, Visa’s Chief Executive Officer Ryan McInerney said, “Visa had another strong quarter, with net revenue up 14%, GAAP EPS up 12%, and non-GAAP EPS up 23%. Business momentum remained positive throughout the quarter and into early July. U.S. consumer spending remains stable, with growth seen in both discretionary and non-discretionary categories. ”
