Vaccine receivers will get the 'Vaccinated' card once they take the second jab from the same centre where the first dose was received, said the health authorities.
Any kind of change of the vaccination centre is not possible at the moment, it has been further known.
Directorate General of Health Services Additional Director General (Planning and Development) Meerjady Sabrina Flora mentioned that the second dose could be taken anytime between 8 and 12 weeks from the first dose and people need not to worry.
She said, "Changing the vaccination centre will create pressure on the system now. So, there is no chance to change that."
Many of those who had received the first dose and then have been stranded far away from their vaccination centres due to the ongoing strict lockdown, they have been enquiring about whether they can take the second shot at different centres or not.
The country is undergoing a strict lockdown from April 14 with a ban on the movement of all modes of public transport, to curb the spread of coronavirus.
Earlier, the government had enforced relaxed restrictions on April 5.
Since April 8, the health authorities have been administering its second phase of the Oxford University-AstraZeneca vaccine.
Receivers will face problems in getting the vaccine card if their centres are not changed officially, said Meerjady, also the head of the Covid-19 Vaccine Preparedness and Deployment Core Committee.
"If the lockdown is extended further, we will take steps then. As we have 12 weeks' time after the first dose, we can wait until then," she added.
