Uyghur Congress Bangladesh organized a discussion  on Sunday at Sagar-Runi Hall of Dhaka Reporters Unity on the occasion of 34th anniversary  to protest the massacre of Uyghur Muslims by the Chinese government on this day in 1990.

Advocate Khairu Ahsan presided over the meeting.

In his speech, he said Chinese government killed hundreds of Muslims on this day and crushed the dream of the freedom-seeking Muslims. However, the Xinjiang Province was forcibly occupied by the Chinese government in 1949.

He also said that the Chinese government continues to carry out anti-human activities such as disappearances, rape, torture, forced labor, forced sterilization of women and genocide against Uyghur Muslims while the Muslims around the world are turning a blind eye and pretending not to see. He called on Muslims around the world to boycott Chinese products and to file a case against China in the international court for crimes against humanity and impose economic and military sanctions against the

United Nations.

The chief guest Maulana Abu Jafar Kashemi in his speech, said, "If Muslims around the world start boycotting Chinese products, then China will have to sit on the streets."

Therefore, the Chinese government should stop all torture on Muslims and urgently free about two million Muslims detained in the detention camps and return to normal life. They will have to make the compensation arrangements by admitting all past crimes.
