US-Bangla Airlines to operate daily flights to Bangkok

In response to the soaring demand from Bangladeshi tourists, US-Bangla Airlines is set to enhance its connectivity by introducing daily flights from Dhaka to Bangkok starting December 1. The airline currently operates five flights a week on the Dhaka-Bangkok route.

Acknowledging the popularity of Bangkok as a favored international destination, US-Bangla Airlines will now operate flights on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, departing from Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:45 AM. The flight is scheduled to land at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 3:15 PM local time. The return journey on the same day will take off from Bangkok at 4:20 PM and arrive in Dhaka at 6:50 PM.

On Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, US-Bangla Airlines will offer morning flights, departing from Dhaka at 9:40 AM and reaching Bangkok at 1:10 PM local time. The return flight will depart from Bangkok at 1:55 PM and touch down in Dhaka at 3:40 PM. The airline will utilize Boeing 737-800 aircraft for the Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka route.

The one-way fare for the Dhaka-Bangkok route is set at Tk 27,507, while the return fare is Tk 33,154, inclusive of all taxes and surcharges.

US-Bangla Airlines currently operates a comprehensive network, covering domestic routes and international destinations such as Bangkok, Singapore, Chennai, Male, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Sharjah, Dubai, Muscat, and Kolkata.

With a fleet of 20 aircraft, including 8 Boeing 737-800 and 9 ATR 72-600, US-Bangla Airlines is poised for further expansion, with plans to add two 436-seat Airbus 330s later this year.
