The US-Bangla airlines, the country’s largest private carrier, will resume its Dhaka-Doha flight from August 31 after five months of suspension due to contain the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.
The airline will initially operate two flights in a week, every Monday and Friday, to Doha, one of the most popular destinations for Bangladesh migrant workers, a press release on Thursday.
The flight will depart Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) at 7:30 pm while the return flight to Dhaka take off from Doha’s Hamad International Airport on the same day, it added.
