Last-minute preparations are underway for the annual Urosh of Shah Chandrapuri at Pak Darbar Sharif in Sadarpur upazila of Faridpur. Devotees are spending busy hours in preparing pandels, car parking, sound system, and a large ground for the Urosh on next Wednesday, 15 January. Apart from members of RAB and Police forces, the own Ansar forces of the Darbar will work for security on the occasion. The Waj Mahfil (Islamic Sermon) will begin on January 14 and continue everyday with the recitation of the Qur'an. Rowja Mubarak Ziarat of Maulana Shahsufi Syed Abul Fazl Sultan Ahmed Shah Chandrapuri Naxabandi Mozaddi (RA) will be held on 15th January.
Durbar Sharif informed that the gathering of devotees will be higher this year.
