Nasir Uddin Khan, Amirganj Union Parishad chairman under Raipur upazila, was killed his associate injured as an unknown vehicle crashed their motorcycle on Friday morning.
The accident took place in Poolerghat area under Pakundia upazila in Kishorganj district around 11.00 am on his way to Kishoreganj.
Nasir Uddin and his associate Rajib Shah was admitted to Johirul Haque Medical College Hospital in Bajitpur where he succumbed to his injuries this noon. Nasir Uddin, 52, used to live in Narsingdi town.
The Officer-in-Charge of Pakundia Thana Md Sarwar Jahan said an unknown vehicle might have crushed their motorcycle.
