Professor Farid Uddin Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology(SUST) said that teachers are the key workers of university education. So they need proper training. Outcome based education process is starting in this university like all over the world. Soon the university will get its benefits.
The Vice-Chancellor said these in the chief guest's speech at the workshop titled 'Introduction to Outcome Based Education' on Sunday (November 27). Organized by Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the university, teachers from various faculties participated in this workshop.
Professor of Mechanical and Production Engineering Department of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology as a resource person. Mazharul Islam and the treasurer of the university as a special guest Professor Anwarul Islam was present.
IQAC director Professor Dr. presided over the workshop. Md. Mohsin Aziz Khan and IQAC Additional Director Ishrat Ibn Ismail and Dr. coordinated the program. Md. Mahbubul Hakim also present there.
