Manchester United’s new home kit for 202-21 has been released - with the adidas strip set for its first look against LASK, report agencies.
The Red Devils take on the Austrian minnows in the second-leg of their last-16 Europa League tie on Wednesday night.
With just hours to go before the match, fans have been given their first official glimpse of the new jersey.
The kit manufacturer claims to have put the heart and soul of the club at the focus of the new shirt, which is the traditional red, with adidas' iconic white stripes along the shoulders.
The kit is finished with a pair of white shorts and black socks.
A statement from the sportswear giants said they wanted to follow Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's desire to stay true to the "Manchester United DNA".
Adidas have even incorporated the club's name into the pattern on the new jersey.
It read: "The 'Manchester United DNA' has been a focus for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his team.
"And the home jersey for the forthcoming 2020/21-season
aims to encapsulate the DNA of
the club.
"[It uses] the threads of the club crest itself to produce a subtly patterned base fabric.
"Taking influence from the intricacies of the yarn-stitched application onto the shirt, a fine graphic print provides a unique pattern and detailing onto a colour-block background.
"The name of the club is also proudly engineered into the print, visible through the use of different red tones."
"It is symbolic and iconic across the world.
"It is significant as the first component added to each design, and one that makes up the threads of the shirt design for the 2020-21 season.”
The new kit will also feature HEAT.RDY – KEEP COOL technology, "adidas’ cooling innovation that keeps the wearer feeling dry and confident in the game."
