Hundreds of children are excited to get new Eid clothes in Narail on Saturday. The voluntary organization Swapner Khoje Foundation arranged to give new Punjabis, girls' clothes, bangles and cosmetics for about 120 children including underprivileged, autism and orphans ahead of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr at Mustari Complex in Rupganj in the town. Narail Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Ashfaqul Haque Chowdhury was present as the chief guest in the function. Narail Municipality Mayor Anjuman Ara, Senior Journalist Sultan Mahmood, Awami League Leader Hafiz Khan Milan, Founding President of Swapner Khoje Foundation Mirza Ghalib Satez, General Secretary SM Shah Paran,Advisor Faisal Mustari were present in the function.
Mirza Ghalib Satej, founder of the Foundation said that it should not be thought that only the children of the able-bodied in the society will celebrate Eid with new clothes. The joy of Eid is for everyone, so that it spreads among everyone, that's why such an initiative has been taken.
We have taken such an initiative to see the smile on the faces of the underprivileged, helpless, marginalized, autism, orphan children of the society, he said.
