The 39th annual general meeting (AGM) of UDDIPAN (United Development Initiatives for Programmed Actions) was held yesterday at the convention centre of the head office of the organization.
Uddipan’s Emeritus chairman Shahid Hossain Talukder inaugurated the programme while DrMihirKantiMajumder, chairman of board of directors, chaired it.
Executive director and CEO Bidyut Kumar Basu presented the programmes of fiscal 2022-2023. The meeting approved a budget of Tk 60,483 crore for the fiscals 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. Besides, presentation and approval of auditors’ report were also made in the meeting.
DrMihhirKantiMajumder presented various activities of Uddipan and said Uddipan has been working sincerely for creating entrepreneurship across the country.
Vice chairman Zakia K Hasan, treasurerDr Golam Ahad, members of the board of directors Sabbir Ahmed Chowdhury, Nazrul Islam Khan, among others, were present.
