Member of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two persons with 285 yaba tablets and 24 bear cans from the Kishoreganj district on Sunday.
The arrestee were Sujan Mia, 32, son of Soharab Mia hailed from Nohar village under Sadar Upazila and Al-Amin, 35, son of Moharam Ali hailed from Jalalabad village under Karimganj Upazila in Kishoreganj district.
Deputy Director of RAB- 14 (CPC- 2) Lt M Shovon Khan said RAB members raided Pulerghat Bazar village under Pakundia Upazila and arrested Sujan Mia with 24 cans of bear.
On the other hand, RAB members raided Jalalabad village under Karimganj Upazila and arrested Al-Amin with 285 yaba tablets.
Both case under Narcotics Control Acts was filed with Pakundia & Karimganj Police Station.
