There are certain gaps in terms of facilities, advantages, and disadvantages between non-government and government teachers.  However, this should never be the case as both government and non-government teachers work to build the future of the nation.

Now in a bid to remove the disparities between government and non-government teachers, High Court (HC) has issued a ruling over formulating a specific policy regarding transfer of teachers and employees of non-government educational institutions in the country.

Teachers of non-government educational institutions are deprived of the transfer policy in contrast to governmental teachers as in government educational institution it is a very common phenomenon.

The government should formulate a policy

for the transfer of non-government teachers

and employees

If the transfer policy is implemented in non-government educational institutions, then it will not only bring transparency, novelty, and harmony to the job but also will remove monotony and corruption as well.

The government should therefore formulate a policy for the transfer of non-government teachers and employees. We know people get transferred to their sought-after positions by disregarding all kinds of guidelines and principles. Hence, if this policy is implemented then we should make sure that it is not overwhelmed by the nasty touch of power game.

In many schools, authorities create a disgraceful atmosphere for the honest and hardwiring teachers, resulting in shifting their job. So, in order to remove these kinds of ill-motivated approach from the managing committees, introducing transfer policy system has become the need of the hour.
