Transcript software has been introduced to facilitate transcript delivery services to Dhaka University graduates. In addition, Information Window (APA Link) has been introduced for redressal of grievances and disposal of appeals regarding university services. Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman inaugurated the transcript software and information window on Wednesday as the chief guest at a function in the virtual classroom of Prof Abdul Matin Chowdhury.
At this time, the convener of the Dhaka University Innovation Team, Professor. Istiaq M Syed, Registrar Prabir Kumar Sarkar, ICT Cell Director Prof Mohammad Asif Hossain Khan, Associate Professor of the Department of Organization Strategy and Leadership Md. Rashedur Rahman and other concerned officials were present.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman thanked those involved in information sharing and introduction of transcript software and said it was an important addition to the overall digitization of the university. He hoped that this would bring more dynamism in the educational and administrative work of the university, ensure transparency and accountability and increase the quality of service.
It is to be noted that the graduates of Dhaka University will be able to receive online transcript service by logging on to bapar.phan.dhap.naf site. This service program was introduced at Dhaka University as part of the implementation of the National Integrity Strategy. Under the supervision of Dhaka University Innovation Team, the Office of the Controller of Examinations and the Central Admissions Office have jointly implemented the transcript branch automation activities. In addition, the Annual Performance Agreement (APA) Committee and the ICT Cell have jointly prepared the Information Window (APA Link).
