A three-day long training for farmers on use modern technology in serial crops ended at Jibannagar in Chuadanga on Wednesday, organised by Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE). Upazila Agriculture Officer Sharmin Aktar, DAE official Md Arif Hossain, and farmer and participant of training course Yousuf Ali spoke at the concluding session. Later, Sharmin Aktar distributed certificates among the participants.
Md Selim Hossain, additional deputy director of DAE in Chuadanga, inaugurated the training programme on March 2. About 30 farmers took part at the training course. Sharmin Aktar and DAE official Arif Hossain conducted the training course as resource persons.
