Tourists encouraged to read books while travelling

A social organisation named Gyaner Alo Pathagar organized rally and reading sessiones to encourage tourists visiting Cox's Bazar beach to read books. It is a social organization of Kotalipara Upazila in Gopalganj.

This voluntary organization of 40 members arranged the programme at Sugandha Point on the beach on Thursday morning. They conducted miking and rallies to encourage tourists to read books. The rally ended at Kalatali Point. Later they participated in the lesson. At this time, the tourists of beachapplauded the exceptional arrangement of the Library of Knowledge.

Sushant Mondal, president of Gyaner Alo Pathagar, said, 'People can know themselves and enlighten their lives by reading books. A good book can change a person completely. With that aim, we came to Cox's Bazar from Kotalipara of Gopalganj and organized a rally and reading cycle to encourage tourists to read books. The members of the organization work on education, youth development and social welfare.

General Secretary Masudur Rahman Parvez said, 'Books are a material that can be carefully read and arranged. Generation after generation can read that book if they want. So we all should love books and read more books.'

Anwar and Parul, a newlywed couple visiting from Mymensingh, said, 'We have come to visit Cox's Bazar beach many times. This time I saw an exceptional arrangement of Gyan Alo library. Many tourists will be inspired by reading this book.’
