Tom Cruise teams up with NASA and Elon Musk to film his next

Tom Cruise is all set to team up with NASA and Elon Musk for a film which will be shoot in the space and if reports making rounds on the internet are to be believed then the film will be shot at the International Space Station.

Cruise, who has pulled off some daredevil stunts on the silver screen in his popular 'Mission: Impossible' franchise is currently awaiting for the sequel of his 1986 hit film 'Top Gun' to release. Titled as 'Top Gun: Maverick', the trailer of the film has already got the fans excited.

Meanwhile, the NASA Administrator, Jim Bridenstine recently took to Twitter to confirm the reports and Elon Musk's response also looked quite positive. 

With this new project, Cruise will be scaling to newer heights of action and with NASA already opening the International Space Station for commercial opportunities last year, this project surely has grabbed everyone's attention.

Meanwhile, Cruise whose film 'Top Gun: Maverick' was all set to release in June has been postponed to December due to the global pandemic. Apart from that, the 57-year-old actor has also been busy with the next two instalments of his 'Mission: Impossible' franchise.    —TOI
