TMSS Northern Recruiting Agency (TNRA) has opened a new window for overseas job market in Japan for the people of Bangladesh.
TNRA is teaching Japanese language to job seekers, which is very crucial for entering job markets in Japan. Seven students of different educational institutions were given BMET immigration clearance cards at a function held at TMSS office at Mirpur in the city on Monday.
Executive Director, TMSS and Chairman, TNRA Limited, Prof. Dr. Hosne Ara Begum, Chief ICT & Environment Sector, TMSS Nigar Sultana and Deputy Director of Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) Md Sazzad Hossain Sarker, among others, were present at the function.
Joynal Abedin, first secretary of Bangladeshi Embassy in Japan, also joined the function virtually.
Prof Hosne Ara said, “TNRA is sending seven students to Japan for the first time . . . This is a great achievement of you and I hope you will represent Bangladesh through hardworking mindset and utmost sincerity.” Nigar Sultana said, “We have sent skilled manpower to different countries ... for the first time, we are sending seven Bangladeshi students to Japan job markets through giving BMET immigration clearance cards and many students are learning Japanese Language from the TNRA centres.”
Sazzad Hossain said, “Japan has set different criteria for access to labour market. Japan has given first priority towards learning Japanese language for foreign nationals to get employment opportunity there.”
Right now proportion of young population is decreasing in Japan, he said, adding: “At present, Japan needs 68 lakh people for their job market. Many countries particularly, India, Vietnam and Nepal are giving special attention to learning Japanese Language for entering their job market.”
Like TNRA, many recruiting agencies, should work collectively with government for entering labour market in Japan.
