Tk one million demanded as price for giant black bull in Paba

A huge bull named  'Kalo Raja' (Black King) belonging to Mukul Hossain of Kishmot Kukhandi village under Paba upazila is being charged Taka 10 lakh to the interested customers who would sacrifice it during the ensuing Eid-ul-Azha. 

This black-coloured Frisian bull is 6 feet in length and 4 feet in height. Weighing nearly 18 maunds. the owner of the bull Mukul Hossain said he has been rearing the bull for the last four years. Many interested people are visiting his cow shed to have a look and to make a bargain to purchase this bull.  He further said, if he gets a satisfactory price, he would sell the bull. 

Mukul Hossain claimed he did not use any drug or injection for fattening the bull rather it has been reared by feeding natural, normal feeds. An all-time fan keeps running to keep the body of the bull cool and it is given a two times bath daily. The fodders given to the bull include: Green grass, straw, maize, mustard oil cakes, rice bran and various ripened fruits and salt. 

Subrata Kumar Sarker, Paba upazila Animal Resource Officer informed, so far he knows, there is no so huge a bull in the upazila. He hoped the owner of the bull would be able to sell it at a good price.
