The four-day REHAB Chattogram Fair came to an end with the slogan 'Dreamy Housing Green Country, Red Green Bangladesh'.
Rehab Vice President and Chattogram Regional Committee Chairman Abdul Kauiam Chowdhury announced the end of the fair held at the city's five-star Radisson Blu Hotel on Sunday evening.
He said that a large number of buyers and visitors have come to the fair. The most flat-plots were sold and booked on the last day of the fair on Sunday. Many buyers have also made bookings in the last three days.
The four-day fair has been visited by 12,000 buyers and visitors. The companies participating in the fair will keep all the facilities offered to the buyers in their own office for the next 7 days.
He said the target for selling flats and plots at this year's fair was Tk 250 crore. A total of Tk 238 crore flats and plots have been sold and booked at the fair. Among them 205 were flats and 53 were plots.
It is to be mentioned that 71 stalls of different organisations have got place in this year's rehab fair. There are 4 gold sponsors in the fair. These are: Airbell Development Technologies Limited, Rupayan City Uttara, US Bangla Limited and Wicken Properties.
