Three children of Jashore CDC die from serious head injuries

Three children of Jashore Child Development Centre (CDC) died of serious injuries. This has been mentioned in the autopsy report of their bodies. 

Jashore General Hospital caretaker Dilip Kumar Roy said that the bodies of three teenagers were found with injuries on their legs, back and head. They died mainly from brain injuries.

The caretaker said the autopsy report has been sent to the civil surgeon in Jashore. 

Jashore Civil Surgeon Sheikh Abu Shaheen said that after receiving the autopsy report from the hospital, it has sent to the Jashore Superintendent of Police. Three teenagers Parvez Hasan Rabbi (17), Russell Sujan (18) and Naeem Hossain (18) were killed in a brutal beating at Jashore Child Development Center on Thursday. Another 15 teenagers were injured.

The central authorities first tried to cover up the matter by saying that it was a fight between two groups of teenagers. But later the statements of the injured and the police investigation revealed that the casualties were not clash between the two groups  of the teenagers, but they died due to the brutal beating of the officers and employees of the center.

Roka Mia, the father of the slain rabbi, filed a murder case with Jashore Kotwali Police Station the next day. Police have arrested five officers of the center in connection with the incident and are interrogating them on remand. The Department of Social Services has already suspended the five officers.

Meanwhile, Abdullah Al Masud, the caretaker of jashore Child Development Center, has been arrested and suspended. Khulna Assistant Director Zakir Hossain has been appointed there . He has already joined there, said Jashore Social Services Office.
