Cutter master Mustafizur Rahman was delighted to play for his new Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals. Mustafiz feels there is no end to his development and hopes to maintain his fine form throughout the season.

The Fizz began the IPL season on a high note, taking three wickets against Gujrat Titan. However, he remained wicketless in the other two matches. He was found to be clinical during death over for Delhi.

“There is no end to improving, I always try to give my best. It is very inspiring for all cricketers. Whether the team wins or not, if you perform well, you will be respected in the dressing room, everyone will appreciate it,”

“I've played more or less with a lot of people before. Chetan Sakaria was with me in the last session. I played with David Warner for two years. Overall, I’m having a good experience. We have won two matches, lost two. Whether it is batting or bowling, the balance was very good,”

Delhi Capital recruited Mustafiz for a base price of Rs 2 Crore from the mega-auction. He played for Rajasthan Royals in the last edition of IPL. Earlier, he also featured for Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

“I did not see the mega auction. At that time BPL was going on. My team was batting at that time. I was in the dugout. Later, someone told me, that I was bought by Delhi Capitals. I was excited to be on the new team. In the last three years, I got to play for three different teams,”
