TECNO CAMON 17 Series is a direct successor to the CAMON 16 Series released in 2020. The device features updates in major areas, including the display, processor, camera quality and others. The CAMON 17 Series in Bangladesh comes in two variants: regular CAMON 17 and CAMON 17P.
TECNO CAMON 17P has a 6.8-inch FHD Dot-in Display and a side fingerprint. The device offers a refresh rate of 60Hz for a smooth experience and runs on HiOS 7.6 based on Android 11. It also comes with a 64MP Ultra Quad rear camera paired with a macro, bokeh and QVGA lens, along with AI night mode as well as dual front flashlight. On the other hand, TECNO CAMON 17 comes with a 48MP Triple Rear Camera paired with AI Lens, 6.6” HD+ Dot-in display with 90Hz refresh rate.
Common features of both variants are that the Helio G85 CPU replaces Helio G70 Chip used in its predecessor, which is a significant upgrade because it is on par with the Snapdragon 662 Qualcomm processor. Both devices are backed by a 6GB RAM and is supported by a 128GB internal storage space, which can be expanded to 256GB. And then there is the 5000mAh battery to keep the device running for a long time and it will charge very fast with 18W fast charge technology.
TECNO CAMON 17 Series will be available at Evaly.com.bd, one of the country's leading e-commerce marketplaces. The two devices will be sold exclusively on Evaly's popular offer 'Cyclone', according to a media release. CAMON 17P will be available in Frost Silver and Spruce green colors and CAMON 17 in Frost Silver and Deep-Sea colors at Tk18, 990 and Tk16, 990 respectively.
