Bangladesh fast bowler Taskin Ahmed caught everyone’s eye with his fiery pace bowling during the first warm-up match. He continued his brilliant form during national team’s second two-day warm-up match between Ryan CookXI and Otis Gibson XI at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Monday. ImrulKayes and Mahmudullah Riyad scored fifty and Liton Das also got some decent runs from his willow.
In the second warm-up match of the national team cricketers at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, the battle was in full swing. On the first day on Monday, Otis Gibson XI scored 248 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 72 overs.
Imrul scored the highest 60 runs for the team, 58 runs came from Mahmudullah’s bat. Liton Das was dismissed for 44 runs. For Ryan Cook XI Taskinwas the peak of the bowlers as he scalped 3 wickets for 44 runs.
