Dramas are being produced regularly in Bangladesh’s media. Even though there are some good ones, majority are not up to the standard. Besides television, making plays for YouTube channels is also common.
The same actors are seen in almost all the drama serials. There are only a handful of new faces. Tanjin Tisha, a well-known actor of the small screen announced her good news recently. But her personal life is unaffected by this news.
The news relates to her professional career. She is to star in a new drama series called Ekti Shukhobor. Apurbo Rubel wrote the story and it is directed by Sagor Jahan. The shooting for the show concluded at the beginning of the month in the capital’s Tongi area.
The drama will air tomorrow night at 9:05 pm. Ziaul Faruq Apurba will star opposite Tanjin Tisha in the show.
Tisha said, ‘The show’s storyline is wonderful. I really enjoyed working with Sagor Jahan bhai. As for Apurbo bhai, what more is there to say? The audience knows very well that he is a skilled actor. Overall, the series is very well-made. I hope everyone will enjoy the show.’
Apurbo said, ‘I always try to work in out-of-the-box shows. Ekti Shukhobor is very unique. I hope the audience will like it as well.’
