The 43rd meeting of the Shariah Council of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on 20th February, 2024 at the Head Office of the Company.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the Council Principal Kamal Uddin Jafree. Prof. Moulana ABM Masum Billah, Member Secretary, Mufti Sayed Ahmad Muzaddedi & Moulana Rafiqur Rahman Madani members of the Council including, Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Managing Director Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam & Company Secretary Mr. Mohammad Saheen Miah were present in the meeting.
The Council congratulated the management for transparency of activities and advised to follow the Shariah principle.
