Takaful Islami Insurance Limited recently held its 25th meeting of the nomination and remuneration committee at Dhanmondi in Dhaka.
The Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Md. Azizul Hossain Baten presided over the meeting which was attended, among others, by the members of the committee Tahmina Afroz, Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, Engr. Khandaker Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary, Khorshed Alam Khan and Md. Mahedi Hasan.
Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad, Additional Managing Director Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam & Company Secretary Mohammad Saheen Miah were also present among others in the meeting.
