The 138th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held on July Tuesday at Dhanmondi in the capital.
The Chairman of the Company Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting which was attended by members of the Board, Chief Executive Officer Abul Kalam Azad. Besides, Mohammad Selim, Addl. Managing Director, Mohammad Mamunul Islam, CFO and Mohammad Shaheen Miah, Company Secretary were also present.
The Board of Directors approved the 2nd Quarter Financial Statement (un-audited) for the year 2024.
