To mark the International Women’s Day, Universal Medical College Hospital, located in Mohakhali, organises a daylong unique concert titled ‘Concert for Women’ today on Raowa Convention Center Hall in the capital.
Managing Director of the hospital Ashish Kumar Chakraborty said, “This time, Bangladesh’s popular singer Tahsan Khan will be performing again to impress the female audience with his melodious songs at the concert. Hopefully, this year's music will be more enjoyable than ever.”
Talking about the concert, Tahsan said, “This is the second time I will be performing at Concert for Women. I love to sing in concert on any kind of festivities. Concert for Women is a part of our music industry. And I am happy to be a part of it.”
Popular singers Bandana Chakraborty, Apu, among others, will also perform at the concert.
Meanwhile, on Valentine’s Day, Tahsan Khan acted opposite to Purnima in the drama ‘Bhalo Bashabashi’ under the direction of Sagar Jahan. The drama has already been enjoyed by more than 25 lakhs viewers. In addition, his new song will be released later this month, penned and composed by Tahsan himself. Last year, on Women’s Day, Tahsan’s ‘Jodi Akdin’ with Srabonti, got much appreciation from fans.
