The Switzerland-Bangladesh United Community has announced that it’s highly anticipated "Annual Picnic 2026" will take place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in Köniz, Bern.
The announcement has sparked immense enthusiasm and excitement among community members across Switzerland.
As with previous years, the lottery and raffle draw stand out as the main attractions of the gathering. This year’s grand prizes include: 1st Prize (Premium Award): Zurich – Dhaka – Zurich round-trip air tickets (Courtesy of Sky Travels GmbH, Zürich), 2nd Prize: Computer (Courtesy of Jamuna Bangla Shop) and 3rd Prize: Tablet (Courtesy of Suiz Bangla Shop)
In addition to the raffle draw, the event will feature a variety of competitive, fun-filled games for children and women, with attractive gifts provided by Desi Shop.
The participation in the annual picnic will be only through pre-registration and invitation.
