Swadhinata Chikitsak Parishad (Swachip), the ruling Awami League-backed doctors’ platform, celebrated the 26th founding anniversary amid various progrmames in Noakhali on Tuesday.
On the occasion, a colourful rally was brought out from Noakhali General Hospital premises at noon. The rally paraded different roads in the town.
Later, a discussion was held at conference room of the hospital. Superintendent of Noakhali General Hospital Md Khalil Ullah, district unit president of Bangladesh Medical Association Dr MA Noman, Swachip’s district unit general secretary Md Mahbubur Rahman, and principal of Noakhali MATS Bidhan Sen Gupta spoke at the discussion, among others.
The Swachip leaders cut a cake at the discussion.
