The Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet has decided to join the proposed combined entry test system to reduce the suffering of the admission seekers.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Farid Uddin Ahmed said that the decision was taken at the 156th academic council of the university on Wednesday.
It will be effective from the 2020-21 session. This year’s entry test will follow the normal procedure, he said.
