Study on genocide during Liberation War held in Rajshahi

A training course on ' Mass-killing, torture and Liberation War-1971' organised by Research Centre on Mass-killing and torture during Liberation War was organised at the auditorium of Rajshahi Teachers' Training College on May-13. Rajshahi Secondary and Intermediate Education Board sponsored the training. 

Presided over by Professor Habibur Rahman, Chairman of Rajshahi Education Board, the welcome speech at the training course was delivered by Principal of Rajshahi TT College Shaokat Ali Khan and attended and addressed, among others, by the President of Mass-killing Museum Trust, Bangabandhu Professor Dr Muntasir Mamun as the chief guest, Trustee of the Museum Dr Mahbubur Rahman while the function was conducted by dr Chowdhury Shahid Kader. 

A post-graduate training course on Mass-Killing, torture and Liberation War is regularly organised in various districts of the country by '1971: Mass-killing, torture Archieve and Museum' of Khulna.  The course is aimed to spread information and highlight the history of the Liberation war throughout the country through systematic research. Trained researchers from across the country are conducting the training course.
