Students of several educational institutions and members of BNCC and Scout groups of various colleges are controlling traffic on roads in Jamalpur district town.
After the fall of Sheikh Hasina government, the traffic system of the town became unusual due to the strike of the police personnel. The students have been performing the duty of traffic police to ease the traffic situation in the town.
Students of different schools, BNCC members and Scout members of Jamalpur Government Ashek Mahmud College along with the members of Ansar were seen controlling traffic from Gatepar to Bokultola of the town and in Panchrasta area of the town on Tuesday morning.
The students were asking everyone to follow the traffic rules strictly. They were also helping the pedestrians to cross the roads.
