Magura Gono Committee arranged a human chain programme on Tuesday to protest housewife's violation at Sylhet MC College’s female hostle, violation of indigenous women in Khagrachhari and the ongoing killings, violations and violence against women and children all over the country.
District Convener of Magura Gono Committee ATM Mohabbat Ali, Joint Member Secretary Engineer Sampa Basu, Kamruzzaman Chapal, Basharul Haider Bachchu, Shamsun Nahar Josna and others spoke during the human chain formed at Chowrangi More area in Magura town at 11 am.
Speakers at the time demanded justice for on going killings, violations and violence against women all over the country including housewife's violation at Sylhet MC College hostel and violation of indigenous women in Khagrachhari.
