Mithila-Srijit
Actor, model and presenter, Mithila, is married to one of the most popular film makers in India. The marriage registry took place on December 6 evening at Srijit’s home in South Kolkata. The family organized the ceremony, which was attended by the parents, brothers and sisters of Mithila. After marriage, they went to Switzerland for honeymoon. Mithila was married to popular musician Tahsan on August 3, 2006. They were divorced in July of 2017. Their only child, Aira, is now with Mithila.
Sabila-Nehal
The evening of October 25 was very important for model and actress Sabila Noor. Because she was married to longtime lover Nehal Sunando Taher. Nehal is a broadcast engineer for private TV channel SA TV.
Sajia Sultana Putul- Islam Nurul
Their happy marriage took place on the night of March 20 at the Camellia Hall in Tokyo Square Convention Center, Japan Garden, in the capital’s Mohammadpur. Media persons attended the wedding of the Putul-Islam Nurul along with two family members. The list includes music stars Shujeo Shyam, Tapan Chowdhury, film star Nipun, poet Kabir Bakul, Dinat Jahan Munni, Dilshad Nahar Kona and Closeup One stars.
Gultekin-Aftab
Gultekin Khan, the former wife of late fiction writer Humayun Ahmed, has married. This year she married Aftab Ahmed, Additional Secretary, Youth and Sports Ministry. Humayun Ahmed was married to Gultekin in 1973.
Kona-Iftekhar
Vocal artist Dilshad Nahar Kana got married on April 21 with family members in a completely domestic environment. The groom was businessman Gulam Md. Iftekhar.
Mamo-Shihab Shaheen
Lux star Zakia Bari Mamo and director Shihab Shahi got married on November 20, 2015 on a family basis. But four years later, on November 20 of this year, they revealed the news themselves. The wedding news was revealed by publishing a picture of cutting a cake on their anniversary on Facebook.

Actress Munia is going to get married at the end of this year. Her groom is Azwad Haider. Munia confirmed that their wedding ceremonies will be completed at Senakunja in the capital on December 29. The ‘Gaye Holud’ ceremony will be completed on December 28. After a long five-year relationship, Munia and Azwad are getting married. With the consent of the two families, the marriage formalities are being completed. Azwad’s home district is Chittagong.
