The renowned multiplex cinema hall chain of Bangladesh Star Cineplex has decided to close down their halls and stop screening movies from today until April 2.
This decision has been taken facing the coronavirus pandemic. Although all the cinema halls of the country had closed down a few days earlier as per the decision of Film Distributors’ Association, the authority of Star Cineplex took the decision to shut down independently.
This has been confirmed by Senior Manager Media and Marketing Mesbah Uddin Ahmed.
