A stakeholders’ coordination meeting was held on service delivery commitments at Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU) with a view to implementing the Annual Performance Agreement (APA).
The meeting was organized by the CVASU Service Commitment Committee.
Professor Dr. Md. Kamal, treasurer of the university was present as the chief guest in the meeting held at the university's academic building-1 conference room at 10 am on Wednesday.
Dean of Fisheries Faculty Professor Dr. Mohammad Nurul Abshar Khan and Dean of Food Science and Technology Faculty Professor Dr. Ferdousi Akhtar were present as special guests.
Dean of Veterinary Medicine Faculty and Focal Point of Service Commitment Committee Prof. Dr. Mohammad Lutfur Rahman presided over the meeting.
CVASU Librarian and Alternate Focal Point of Service Commitment Committee Md. Habibur Rahman gave a welcome speech and presentation on service commitment in the meeting.
Director of One Health Institute Professor Dr. Sharmin Chowdhury, Registrar Mirza Faruq Imam, Provost of Vir Muktijoddha MA Hannan Hall. Tofazzal Md. Rakib, Provost of Bangamata Fazilatunnessa Hall Dilshad Islam, Director (Veterinary Clinics) Prof. Dr. Bhajan Chandra Das, Director (External Activities) Prof. Dr. AKM Saifuddin, Director (Farm) Dr. Md. Saiful Bari, Coordinator (Higher Education and Research) Professor Dr. Omar Farooq Miyaji, Chief Engineer Achint Kumar Chakraborty along with civil society representatives, journalists and farmers were present.
