The results of the SSC and equivalent examinations 2025 have been published on Thursday. According to the published data, the Mymensingh Education Board recorded a pass rate of 58.22%, with girls outperforming boys.
A total of 105,558 candidates appeared for the SSC and equivalent exams under the Mymensingh Board this year, including 53,772 boys (50.94%) and 51,786 girls (49.06%). Of these, 61,456 students passed—29,612 boys and 31,844 girls—resulting in a pass rate of 55.07% for boys and 61.49% for girls.
Among the successful candidates, 6,678 students achieved GPA-5 (the highest grade), including 3,126 boys (46.81%) and 3,552 girls (53.19%).
Examinations were held in 156 centres across 1,328 institutions under the board. Although 107,161 students initially registered, 1,603 did not sit for the exams.
Results can be accessed through the official website www.educationboardresults.gov.bd, via SMS using each board’s designated shortcode, or through official apps provided by the government.
This year’s results continue to highlight the consistent academic advancement of female students in the region.
