A ten-member Robocop team of Chuadanga Police has been formed under the auspices of Superintendent of Police of Chuadanga against violence, mayhem and terrorism in Chuadanga.
According to press release of SP office, some terrorists and unruly persons have been using ram dao (sharp weapons) for creating violence, mayhem and terrorism in the town. So Police department has made a strong team of ten members called Robocop for curbing this type of ram dao culture.
It is learnt from the press release that `Ram Dao’ culture prevails in Chuadanga. Some unruly youths have been using ram dao in the anti-social activities like violence, terrorism and mayhem. On getting information the team will rush there and take the situation under control. The team will be always alert for curbing these.
It may be mentioned here that members of the team have got special uniform. When they will go out for action, they will put on the uniform.
Jahidul Islam, Superintendent of Police in Chuadanga said no compromise with ram dao culture members and users.
He also said that the police department wants the peace of people. So members of police will take action according to the government rules and regulation.
