A special training program titled “Professional Development Training Program” was successfully held at De Royal Salmon Hotel in Feni, organized by the Feni Sales Team of Sonali Life Insurance PLC.
The program was arranged with the aim of enhancing the professional skills of field-level officers and employees, developing leadership qualities, and further accelerating sales performance.
The program was initiated by the Deputy Managing Director of the company, Anwar Hossain. The Chief Guest of the event was the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mohammad Rafiqul Islam. Special guests included Additional Managing Director Abu Shahadat Dulal and AGM Shahadat Mojumdar.
Branch Managers, Unit Managers, and field-level officers from various branches of Feni district participated in the training program. The session was conducted by Mofazzel Hossain Manik, Head of Training and Development Department. He provided practical guidance on modern sales techniques, customer service, leadership development, and professional excellence.
