The Rajshahi Metro branch of Sonali Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading life insurance companies in Bangladesh, has been shifted to a new location on Thursday.
With the formal inauguration of this new branch, the company began a new chapter in further expanding and strengthening customer service.
Chaired by Branch Manager Md. Obaidur Rahman Mondal, the inauguration ceremony was attended by Sonali Life Directors Mostafa Kamrus Sobhan and Sheikh Mohammad Daniel, Acting Chief Executive Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam, Rupali Insurance Company Limited Advisor PK Roy, Sonali Life Deputy Managing Director Syed Mohammad Azim, along with senior officials and local dignitaries.
Sonali Life Director Mostafa Kamrus Sobhan said in his speech that this new branch in Rajshahi will not only ensure the financial security of the people but will also contribute significantly to creating trust and confidence in the society.
Sheikh Mohammad Daniel, Director of Sonali Life, said, "This new branch will take us one step further in achieving that goal."
Currently, Sonali Life has 52 branch offices in Rajshahi Division, where 3,499 field workers are tirelessly providing customer service.
In the last seven months alone, this division has generated a total of approximately 8 crore taka in first-year premium and renewal income, and more than 6 crore taka has been paid for customers' insurance claims.
For over a decade, Sonali Life Insurance has been providing uninterrupted services in the life insurance sector by giving top priority to customer satisfaction.
The inauguration of the new Metro branch in Rajshahi will further strengthen the company's commitment.
